Once a package is transferred to the carrier, transit timelines are outside of D2T’s control, but we remain available to support you.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

A shipment is considered lost if it has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date.
Customers must submit a Lost Package Claim so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers must file a Stolen Package Report within 48 hours.
A police report may be required before a replacement is issued.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims will be replaced or credited.
